Keys for Thinking is an exploration into your mind and senses to bring forth alternative ways of thinking and feeling to open the doors of your mind enabling you to find personal awareness to unlock your inner knowledge, strengths and wisdom. A series of phrases to open your mind to different thoughts.

Keys for Thinking is different from Therapy as it requires you to actively challenge your thought processes, though your development years may come into a session these will be looked out from a point of view of how do they stop you from getting what you want now. These sessions will be an opportunity to expand your experiential experiences in the everyday by deliberately thinking things out with someone guiding and supporting you.
Keys for Thinking is for anyone who:
➢ has trouble making decisions and choosing what to do
➢ cannot stop or control the internal dialogue going on in their mind
➢ finds in times of need that they are unable to support themselves
➢ would like to access their inner strength and wisdom
➢ like to understand how their life can be successful and enlightening
Soothe your mind, lessen your inner chatter and connect with your inner critic.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION:
First off we talk about where you are in your life at this present time and where you would like to be.
You will learn a relaxation technique that brings all your senses together and supports you to relax your mind and body.
You will then listen to the Keys for Thinking Meditation that links the consciousness with the subconsciousness and gives you the benefit of your inner knowledge.
You will then be inspired to think afresh, as the Keys for Thinking Meditation brings forth thoughts and ideas that you hold close.
We will explore and discuss these thoughts and ideas.
You will learn to understand how you have the answers for yourself.
Working with me on Keys for Thinking you will have the support and space to express yourself openly in a safe and secure environment.
And in so doing will give you a deeper understanding of how you interact and operate in your life.
This experience will inform you about how you do and how you don't get what you want!

The Keys for Thinking program is an exciting opportunity to work through all your concerns, the program is 22 sessions over a period of 6 months.
Your state of mind is important for quality of life, you will Invest a concentrated time enabling you to become aware of who you are, what you are made of and what you would like to achieve. Learn to make your own choices to live and breathe the life you want, to live with the values that are important to you. Keys for Thinking is designed to bring all aspects of your self together.
